Group Plan 1: Patriot Group Travel Medical Insurance


	Coverage: 10 days to 2 years For ages 2 weeks up to 80


Patriot Group Travel coverage is designed for organizations who have a group of 5 or more US citizens or Non US Citizens traveling together, and to a destination that is not the home country of any of the traveling members. This plan provides the same benefits as the individual Patriot Travel Medical Insurance but with a 10% discounted rates for applying as a group. This plan offers 100% coverage after deductible if the treatment is received outside US & Canada and pays 90% In PPO of eligible expense up to US $5,000 and then 100% up to policy maximum after deductible is met if the treatment is received in USA & Canada. Coverage includes Emergency evacuation, repatriation, choice of deductibles & policy limits.

Group Plan 2: Patriot Go Travel Group Medical Insurance


	Coverage: 10 days to 2 years For ages 2 weeks up to 80


Low-Cost Group Travel Insurance designed for a group of 5 or more US citizens or Non US citizens traveling outside their home country. Patriot GoTravel Group Medical Insurance products available to meet your needs, providing from $50,000 to US $2,000,000 of medical coverage with deductible options starting from $0 to $2500. This plan provides the same benefits as the individual Patriot GoTravel Medical Insurance but with a 10% discount for applying as a group. This plan offers 100% coverage after deductible if the treatment is received outside US & Canada and pays 90% In PPO of eligible expense up to US $5,000 and then 100% up to policy maximum after deductible is met if the treatment is received in USA & Canada. Coverage excludes Emergency evacuation & repatriation.

Three or More Internationally-assigned Employees- The Global Employer's Option (GEO) Group is one of the most comprehensive group hospital, surgical, medical and life insurance programs in the world. This program is designed for employers with employees who are either U.S. or Canadian citizens who reside abroad and may return to the US or Canada temporarily (for less than 12 months), or overseas local and third country national employees. GEO Group allows employers to carve out their International employees to provide them with U.S.-style benefits and worldwide coverage. This program includes medical, dental, life and indemnity benefits for these employees and their families.
