Visitors Medical Protection^™ (VMP^™) is a Short-term health insurance. When visiting the U.S.A., the Plan provides benefits to foreign nationals (Parents and relatives), including international visitors, or temporary residents, subject to the terms and conditions of the certificate of coverage. VMP^™ is a Travel/Visitors insurance for non-U.S. citizens traveling outside of their home country and for U.S. citizens traveling abroad. Coverage can be obtained from a minimum of 5 days up to a maximum of 2 years. If the initial purchase is for one month or more, then plan is renewable (Without break in coverage) in one month increments up to a 24 continuous months

Low cost - limited schedule of benefits for foreign national visiting USA. Insurance is a great insurance option when you have parents visiting the U S or for international travelers. The plan provides affordable protection to citizens of any nation when traveling to the United States. The plan is renewable (without break in coverage) for 10 days up to 12 months up to a maximum total of 24 continuous months. However, any one policy period may not exceed 12 months. The plan offers benefit maximums of $25,000, $50,000 or $100,000 for the life of the plan, and a choice of deductibles of $0, $50, or $100 applied per period of coverage.

Patriot Platinum provides you with a plan for those discerning international travelers who are more concerned about obtaining the maximum protection available in a Short-term or Long-term travel medical products in the market today. The Patriot Platinum builds upon the Patriot Travel plan by providing increased benefits and additional Global Services. Patriot Platinum International provides coverage for US citizens traveling outside US; while Patriot Platinum America provides coverage for non us citizens traveling outside their home country. Both plans are available for a minimum of 5 days up to a maximum of three years. 100% coverage for all eligible expenses in the PPO network or Outside US & Canada up to $1,000,000 to $8,000,000 (Ages 70 to 79 $100,000 maximum & ages 80+ $20,000 maximum).

Plan 6: Global Medical Insurance^®

Annually Renewable Major medical insurance plan for Immigrants and Non Immigrants. Eligible for US citizens only if going Outside USA. There are four plan options available: Silver, Gold, Gold Plus & Platinum and two areas of coverage Worldwide Including or Excluding USA, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Taiwan, and Singapore. Inside US: If you choose PPO providers in the USA, your deductible will be reduced by 50% (on their deductible, up to a Maximum of $2,500) and 100% coverage after that (for out of PPO: Full deductible and 80/20% up to $5,000; then 100%). Outside US & Canada: Once the deductible is met Global medical will pay 100% for all eligible expenses up to $5,000,000 (Silver & Gold, Gold Plus) and $8,000,000 (Platinum INCLUDES MATERNITY BENEFIT, Dental & Vision) as per brochure.
